| Apple Pie Filling Recipe |

6 cups thinly sliced, peeled cooking apples (about 2-1/4 pounds) |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |

| 1. In a small bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar together. |
| 2. Add apples to the pastry-lined pie plate. |
| 3. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mix evenly over apples. Then sprinkle the flour on top of the cinnamon & sugar mix. |
4. Cover the filling with the remaining dough, pinch top & bottom sections together with your fingers. |
| 5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 - 60 minutes or till top is golden brown. |
6. Cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before serving the best hot apple pie you‘ve ever had! |
